Professor of Law and Information Technologi at the Faculty of Law, Stockholm University. LL.D, BA. Former experience: Vice Dean and Dean of the faculty of Law 1993-1999, Stockholm University. Published works include "Legal uses for Computers:Sweden" (in Law and Computer Technology, 1969) and "Computing Law. Perspectives on a New legal Dicipline" (thesis, 1977). Co-founder and first chairman (1981) of the Swedish Association for Computers and Law. Chairman of the Swedish Foundation för Legal Information since it´s creation in 1989. Member of the European Union Legal Advisory Board (DG XIII).
